what crowdslop is

crowdslop.com is an auction site. 28 prompts are sold in sequence at doubling prices, starting at $0.01. Each purchase earns a 24-hour exclusive window during which an AI rewrites this entire site according to prompts you submit. After the window closes the site stays frozen until the next prompt is purchased and that buyer's window begins.

purchases are final

All purchases are non-refundable. Your 24-hour authoring window begins immediately upon payment. We do not extend, transfer, or partially refund windows for any reason, including content policy terminations described below.

content policy

Submitted prompts and AI-generated bundles run through an automated classifier. Content that falls into any of these categories is rejected and may result in your authoring window being terminated without refund:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Non-consensual intimate imagery: sexually explicit content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their verifiable consent (including AI-generated deepfakes)
Doxxing: publishing private information about real named individuals
Targeted attacks on identifiable individuals: defamatory false statements presented as fact, threats of violence, or content explicitly inciting violence against named persons or specific groups
Working malware or brand-impersonation phishing pages
Clearly copyrighted material (films, songs, restricted code)
Hate speech: slurs, hateful symbols, content intended to harass protected groups
Content that violates our service providers' usage policies, including Anthropic's Usage Policy, Stripe's Restricted Businesses list, and Cloudflare's Acceptable Use Policy. Termination may be automatic when an upstream provider flags content, or manual following our own review.

Adult, satirical, low-quality, or commercially aggressive content is permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any authoring window for behavior that disrupts service or harms other users, including but not limited to attempting to escape the iframe sandbox, exfiltrating data, or denial-of-service.

DMCA takedown notices: email legal@crowdslop.com with the URL of the bundle, the work allegedly infringed, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We process notices within 5 business days.

liability

crowdslop is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for the content of any AI-generated bundle, whether yours or anyone else's. By using the site you agree we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it or anything it displays.

By submitting prompts, you confirm you have the right to submit them and agree to defend and indemnify crowdslop from any third-party claims arising from your content.

your prompts and the bundles they produce

Buyers are the publishers of the bundles their prompts produce. crowdslop provides the rendering infrastructure and the automated content classifier; it does not author or curate bundles beyond accepting or rejecting them on policy grounds.

Each AI-generated bundle reflects the prompts submitted by its purchasing buyer. crowdslop's role is to execute and host those prompts as directed.
